Kabam.com

I’m currently working on Kabam’s new game destination site, which launched in October 2011. In collaboration with Jason Olmstead, I worked on the design for the new home page, as well as game destination sites for Kingdoms of Camelot, The Godfather: Five Families, Edgeworld, and many more. It has been a massive undertaking, with the entire team building this platform from scratch, and it will continue to grow dramatically over the coming months!

Motion Work:
PATH 2011

As part of my job at Egan Media Productions, I did some motion graphic work on the PATH 2011 fitness video series for the Vermont Education Health Initiative. I created the background, majority of the 2D assets, and handled most of the animations. I also did post-production work on the intro slates to give them a “worn” look.

Lost Signal

A video game environment concept built in the Unreal Development Kit. “Lost Signal” is the product of my attempt to envision what “the end of the internet” would look like in virtual reality. I imagined a once ominous and pristine landscape shattered, cracked, and slowly burning away. The entire environment funnels the player towards a broken signal tower that rises up from the distant ruins of a digital cityscape. All models and textures are 100% original work.

Mockups I made for a fictional First Person Shooter game called “No.Tomorrow”. The goal of this project was to create a visually unique yet familiar menu design for a standard FPS game. Development went in 3 phases: a conceptual flow-chart, graphic mockups, and a functionality prototype in flash.

Hey there!

My name is Logan Dwight. I like people, and I like to create things. I also like movies, video games, music, comic books, clothing, food, toys, and, well… pretty much everything.

I’ve been working in creative media since I was 9 years old, when my dad brought me home a copy of Macromedia Flash 4 and a “Flash for Dummies” book. I still have the little submarine game I made with it kicking around somewhere. Years later, I’m still doing what I love by getting my fingers in as many art and design projects as possible. I’ve worked in everything from 3D art, motion graphics, video, web design, games, and music. In 2009, my best friend and I started The Soap Collective, a media company focused on bringing great creative minds together on diverse projects. Beyond that, I’m currently working as an Interactive Designer at Kabam, where I get to make all sorts of awesome stuff.
